Pioneer Systems installed dual HD-72 extended pivot dumpers with a double-wide chute that loads onto a 24” x 40’ horizontal conveyor. The conveyor leads up to an inclined cleated discharge conveyor – powered by Baldor Motors and Nord gear drives – to the intended storage location.
The setup is UL 508A, NEC and NFPA 79 electrical compliant and includes vertical safety light screens.
